A free benefit providing members with the opportunity to view special advance screenings of some of Hollywood's most anticipated films. Taking place at popular nightspots such as the W Hotel Westwood, the Standard Hotel, Downtown L.A. and Skybar at the Mondrian Hotel in Hollywood, Calif., In The Mix events simply afford members an opportunity to mingle with each other, the Los Angeles Chapter elected leadership, and the music community at-large in a comfortable environment. In addition to its outreach to the local community, the Los Angeles Chapter is also committed to establishing and sustaining a positive presence for The Recording Academy in West Coast music communities.
